Though Indian Cricket fans and experts are busy and enjoying ASIA CUP 2023 yet everyone is waiting for Indian team for world cup 2023. As Asia Cup 2023 is 50 over ODI game, there was a popular thought that Squad for Asia Cup would be moreover similar the upcoming ODI World Cup. As per the ICC guidelines, all participating nations have to submit their 15 member squad by 28th September, post a team needs to get an approval from ICC to do any changes. The first match of World Cup 2023 would be played on 5th Oct and the finals is scheduled on 19th Oct at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi stadium. At 1:30 PM IST, skipper Rohit Sharma and Ajit Agarkar announced Indian team for world cup 2023.

After seeing the final squad, Cricket lovers were equally surprised and shocked to see Axar Patel in final 15 but no Sanju Samson. Though Axar Patel has performed well in last 1 year but fans were expecting either Prasidh Krishna or Sanju Samson for World Cup 2023 team.
