After losing World Test Champion ship to Australia, Indian Cricket fans recalls the M S Dhoni era of Indian Cricket. Fans took twitter to recall how Indian won multiple ICC trophies under Dhoni’s leadership However former Indian off Spinner Harbhajan Singh tweet on Dhoni stuns the world.

One of the MS Dhoni’s fan took twitter to applaud his captaincy skill and wrote “No coach , no mentor , young boy’s , most of the senior player’s denied to take part . never captianed any single match before . This guy defeated prime australia in semifinals and won a T20 World Cup in 48 day’s after becoming captain .“
However, Former off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was unhappy and openly shared his thought with sarcasm. He wrote

“Yes when these matches were played this young boy was playing alone from india.. not the other 10 .. so alone he won the World Cup trophies .. irony when Australia or any other nation win the World Cup headlines says Australia or etc country won. But when indian wins it’s said captain won it’s a team sports . Win together lose together.”
After he showed his unhappiness, Cricket fans split into two fractions. A vast majority of fans were in awe of MS Dhoni and recalled how he started with relatively younger team and guided India to the upward path. Under his leadership, India won 2007 ICC World Twenty20, the 2011 Cricket World Cup, and the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy. He also led India to victory in the 2010 and 2016 Asia Cup. He also won 5 IPL trophies for CSK.

Cricket viewers started comparing his era to Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma’s era. Talking about Virat Kohli, he led Indian squad in 4 ICC tournaments Champions Trophy 2017 ( lost to arch rivals Pakistan by 180 runs ), World Cup 2019 (lost to New-Zealand in Semi-Finals), World Test Championship 2021 ( lost to New-Zealand by 8 wickets), T20 World Cup 2021 (failed to qualify for the knockouts).
Earlier this year, In Feb Virat Kohli showed his dismay in a press conference and said “Even after reaching to the finals and semifinals, I was still considered as failed Captain”.
